Deleting your Kuponex account

In the app (immediate)

• Open Kuponex and sign in.
• Go to My Profile > Delete account and confirm.
• Your account and all data (receipts, points, coupons, messages, profile photo) are deleted immediately and permanently.

If you cannot access the app

E-mail h7seyinkoc@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request", including your username and name. After verifying your identity we delete your account within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted and kept

Your name, username, e-mail, profile photo, receipts, points, coupons and messages are deleted. Only records we are legally required to keep are retained, for that period only.
