Kuponex is a loyalty app where stores offer points and discount coupons to their customers.

FAQ

Why was my receipt not approved? The store approves receipts; the reason is shown under the receipt in the app.
Where are my points/coupons? Points and coupons are valid only in the store where you earned them; switch store via My Profile > Change store.
How do I contact a store? In the app: My Profile > Contact the store.
I forgot my PIN. Tap Forgot PIN on the sign-in screen and enter your username. Your new PIN is sent by SMS to the phone saved in your account. Without a saved phone the PIN cannot be reset, so we recommend adding one in My Profile.
How do I delete my account? My Profile > Delete account (details: delete-account.html).
